  HAS BIG ISSUES WITH SHIPPING. Do not buy from this company. I been through several transactions and there products are good and as described. There big issue is shipping. They do not send tracking numbers. The last purchase - 46 days and still not mailed. Had to put a PayPal dispute to find out that they will not ship because I will not release money. Releasing the money means if the package never comes I'm out of luck.

  I have had the worst experience with this place. Have made numerous calls to them. Sent emails- I get no reply even though I call during business hours. They send the wrong things and I am trying to straighten it out. I have had enough and going to report them to the better business bureau. I am no longer going to do business with them. My friend had the same problem and cancelled her account. Never dealt with a business like that before.

  have purchased 2 Berninas from this shop. excellent prices and free classes to get me acquanted with my machine. staff have been helpful with fabric choices. I have purchased kits as well. I have enjoyed the block of the month programs. the block of the month quilt for this year has just started - I can not wait. Also a good place to get machines serviced. When I was in the shop recently, a customer came in and said she had a hard time finding the shop as her GPS could not find the shop at 2 Capital Plaza (the front door is 57 North Main St. so 2 Capital must be the mailing address). I would recommend stopping in to see them!
