  Drove 45 minutes to go on a Sunday when they are supposedly open until 2pm; got there at 12:45pm and the doors were locked with no one around. All the "Open" flags we're still flying. The sign says to call or text the phone number, but the phone is turned off (doesn't even ring) with a message from Verizon saying they haven't set up their voice mail. Really unhappy. While waiting in the "parking lot" to see if we could reach them, an irate customer pulled in saying they bought an appliance from them on Friday and it doesn't work and now the company doesn't answer the phone. I guess I won't bother wasting any more time on them.
